We currently ship to all governorates within Egypt only. All orders are delivered by courier and paid cash on delivery.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are prepared and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 business days (Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation by email or a call on the phone number you entered at checkout.

DELIVERY TIME

- Cairo, Giza, 6th of October, Helwan and Faiyum: 2 to 4 business days.
- Alexandria, Delta and Canal governorates: 3 to 5 business days.
- Upper Egypt and the Red Sea: 4 to 7 business days.
- Matrouh and South Sinai: 5 to 8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during sale periods, public holidays or bad weather.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your governorate:

- 75 EGP: Cairo, Giza, 6th of October, Helwan, Faiyum.
- 85 EGP: Alexandria, Beheira, Kafr el-Sheikh, Gharbia, Monufia, Dakahlia, Damietta, Al Sharqia, Qalyubia, Port Said, Ismailia, Suez.
- 95 EGP: Beni Suef, Minya, Asyut, Sohag, Qena, Luxor, Aswan, Red Sea.
- 125 EGP: Matrouh, South Sinai.

ON DELIVERY

The courier will call you before arriving. Please open the package and inspect the items while the courier is present. If there is a defect, damage or wrong item, refuse it and hand it back to the courier on the spot. Items accepted without inspection cannot be returned later. FAILED DELIVERY

If the courier cannot reach you, a second attempt will be made. If the order is not received after two attempts or is refused without a reason, it will be returned to us and future orders may require confirmation before shipping.

ADDRESS CHANGES

To change your address or phone number after ordering, contact us as soon as possible on +20 111 466 6414 or hajerrtareq@gmail.com. Changes are possible only before the order is handed to the courier.
